Wiskers Shipping Policies
Orders Within the 48 Contiguous
United States
All orders are shipped via
the most economical means possible. Usually, shipments
are sent via UPS, however, some merchandise may be shipped
direct from the manufacturer via USPS or FedEx. A physical
street address is needed for all shipments. Unfortunately,
we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. Please include
the nearest cross street if we will be shipping to a
rural address. A signature may be required for delivery
in some areas - to insure delivery, choose a "Ship
To" address that is occupied during the business
day.
Shipping Time
We will confirm your shipment
by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order and
will notify you at that time of the estimated date of
shipment. Some items are in stock and can be shipped
right away. Other items, particularly the handmade bowls
and custom leashes may take longer due to the customization
process. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard
orders of in-stock items. Custom items and large or
heavy items may take slightly longer.

Rush Orders
Rush orders for stock items
placed by Noon PST, Monday through Friday, can be shipped
for second business day arrival within the Continental
US for an additional $20 per address, or within 3-4
business days for an additional $10 per address. A daytime
phone number is required for all rush orders.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Shipping to multiple addresses
is easy. To ship to another address, just start a new
order for the next address. Stay on-line and your "Bill"
To information will be saved between orders.
Orders Outside the 48
Contiguous United States
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
are subject to increased shipping cost and may be shipped
via USPS. Shipments to US territories, Mexico, Canada,
or foreign countries necessitates confirmation of delivery
requirements from Wiskers, and are subject to higher
shipping costs. We will notify you via e-mail of approximate
shipping cost and requirements on receipt of your order.
Return Policy
Products may be returned
within 30 days for a full refund. Postage is to be prepaid
by the customer and products must be in original condition.
Exchanges can be made once we receive the original product.
